Escape to Scotland for six memorable days, combining magnificent scenery, fascinating history and beautiful gardens. After an overnight stay in the historic border town of Gretna, we continue to Scotland's stunning west coast for four relaxing nights.

Our holiday includes a guided tour of The Burrell Collection in Glasgow, home to one of Europe's finest collections of art and treasures from around the world. We'll also visit the magnificent Dumfries House, where a guided tour of this beautifully preserved country house is followed by time to explore the delightful Walled Garden with tea, coffee and traditional Scottish shortbread.

A highlight is our return ferry crossing to the beautiful Isle of Arran, often described as "Scotland in Miniature".

Here we'll visit Brodick Castle & Gardens and enjoy spectacular scenery of mountains, woodland and coastline, making this a wonderfully varied holiday showcasing the very best of Scotland's west coast.

Gretna Hall Hotel, Gretna****

Our holiday begins with an overnight stay at the historic Gretna Hall Hotel, a charming former coaching inn set within attractive gardens in the heart of Gretna Green.

Riverside Lodge Hotel, Irvine****

For the following four nights, we'll stay at the welcoming Riverside Lodge Hotel in Irvine. Set in peaceful surroundings close to the Ayrshire coast, the hotel offers comfortable en-suite accommodation, a friendly atmosphere and excellent dining.
