HOW TO BOOK


Booking is simple - choose the method that suits you best: 


  • Telephone: Call our home office on 01432 370514 or mobile 07966 378170

  Card payments accepted over the phone

  • By Post: Complete the booking form and return it with your cheque to the address shown.

        If you would like confirmation by email or post, please let us know

  • By Email: Email your booking request and we will send an invoice for online payment or BACS transfer


IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION


  • If a trip is fully booked, you will be contacted and placed on a waiting list 
  • If payment has already been made, cheques will be returned or a credit voucher issued 
  • Theatre and concert tickets are distributed on the coach on the day 
  • Full payment is required for day trips (deposits are no longer accepted) 


COACH PICK-UP POINTS


Please clearly indicate your preferred pick-up point on the booking form. 


Our regular pick-up locations are: 


  • Hereford – Merton Meadow Car Park (behind Hereford Football Ground) £5 all-day parking for day trips or Hereford Train Station for overnight trips 
  • Leominster – Broad Street Car Park, HR6 8DD Behind The Original Factory Shop/Fire Station – £3 all day 
  • Ross-on-Wye – Edde Cross Street (top) or Wilton Road Car Park, HR9 5JA £1 all-day parking 


Where possible, we are also happy to arrange pick-ups along the A49 or en route. Please ensure your pick-up point is written clearly and in capital letters on the booking form. 


CANCELLATIONS


Day Trips


  • A full refund or credit will be given if a replacement is found 
  • Or if cancellation is made more than 2 weeks before departure 
  • You may find your own replacement (membership not required) 
  • If no replacement is found within 2 weeks, refunds cannot be issued 


Holidays 


  • The £50 deposit is non-refundable 
  • Cancellations within 30 days of full payment are subject to 100% cancellation 
  • We recommend claiming on your travel insurance, unless a replacement is found 


If the details of a booking change significantly, you may cancel without penalty and transfer to an alternative trip where available. 


If we have to cancel 


If a trip is cancelled by us (with more than 2 weeks’ notice), you may choose: 


  • A full refund, or 
  • A credit towards another trip

Do I need to be a member to book? 


No - membership is optional and everyone is very welcome to travel with us. Members receive our regular newsletter and benefit from priority booking, but non-members can book trips too. The more the merrier. 


Where do your coach trips depart from? 


Our main pick-up locations are: 


  • Leominster – Fire Station car park 
  • Hereford – Merton Meadow car park 
  • Ross-on-Wye – Edde Cross Street bus stop 


Where possible, we are also happy to arrange pick-ups along the A49 between these locations. 


Are your coach holidays and day trips fully escorted? 

 

Yes. All day trips and holidays are fully escorted by Liz, giving you peace of mind and ensuring your journey is as relaxed and comfortable as possible. 


Who are your trips suitable for?  


Everyone is welcome to join us. Most of our customers are retired, like-minded people from Herefordshire and the surrounding counties who enjoy gardens, historic houses, culture, and interesting — sometimes slightly quirky — attractions. New travellers, including those coming on their own, are always warmly welcomed.

Many of our trips are suitable for people with reasonable mobility, but access can vary depending on the venue or attraction. We always include as much information as possible in our trip details and are very happy to discuss individual needs before booking to help you decide if a trip is right for you.
