Chippenham and REME Museum in Wiltshire

The award winning REME Museum is a modern, interactive museum displaying the proud story of the British Army's Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and is situated within the MoD Lyneham site. 

The corps of the British Army responsible for the maintenance, servicing and inspection of electrical and mechanical equipment. 


With 7 galleries to explore there is a great deal to see. There is also the Museum’s Crowns café for a coffee and a bite to eat as well as a gift shop.


Our first visit of the day will be to Chippenham to explore and for lunch, then onto the REME Museum with a welcome talk with tea or coffee. We will then have free time to explore this fascinating attraction.


Timings: Leave Leominster 9:00am, Hereford 9:30am, Ross 10:00am, 

Depart and to Ross 6:30pm, Hereford 7pm and Leominster 7:30pm.


Costs: Travel costs and museum entry, welcome talk with tea/coffee.
