HOLIDAY - Gardens and Views of London for 4 days

This springtime tour of London combines beautiful hidden gardens as well as heading to the dizzy heights of the city to take in some iconic views of our capital city.


Day 1 Travel to Battersea

London's brand-new glass elevator and must-visit viewing experience, Lift 109, will take us up the inside of one of Battersea Power Station's iconic chimneys and from 109 metres above ground we will enjoy epic 360 degree views of the city skyline. With time to explore the Battersea Park Gardens below.


Day 2 City Sightseeing

Enjoy an educational and entertaining day visiting the city sites with a Blue Badge Tour Guide.


Day 3 Thames Boat Trip

Take a leisurely boat trip down the River Thames with a cold lunch before arriving at the Savill Garden is one of Britain's greatest ornamental gardens resting in the heart of Windsor Great Park. Commissioned by George V and created by Sir Eric Savill in 1932, The Savill Garden has been an inspiration for all. With afternoon tea before departure.


Day 4 Osterley Park & House.

Before heading home we will visit National Trust Osterley Park & House. Osterley is one of the last surviving country estates in London. Explore the House as it would have looked in the late 17th century, as well as the surrounding formal Gardens and parkland.


Holiday Inn Shepperton

Set in 11 acres of grounds, 8 miles from Heathrow, Holiday Inn London Shepperton has full leisure facilities, a bar, a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk.

All the bedrooms have their own bathroom with a shower, a bath, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Other facilities include tea and coffee, irons and work desks. Some rooms have bathrobes and slippers. 

The leisure centre at Holiday Inn Shepperton includes an indoor heated Swimming Pool, fully equipped gym, hot tub, steam room, various fitness classes and beauty treatment rooms.

The Wings Restaurant & Bar offers an informal place to meet and eat throughout the day and the bar area opens onto the patio area if the weather is nice.
